Featuring Kawai’s Responsive Hammer Lite keyboard action with fully graded keys, the CX102 delivers responsive control and quiet operation—ideal for focused home practice. The rich, expressive sound of the Shigeru Kawai SK-EX concert grand piano is reproduced using Kawai’s Harmonic Imaging technology, allowing smooth tonal transitions from pianissimo to fortissimo.
With 17 total sounds, including electric pianos, organs, strings, and more, the CX102 offers Dual and Split playing modes. Built-in Bluetooth MIDI, USB-MIDI, and two headphone jacks ensure easy connectivity and quiet practice. Simple, Attractive Cabinet Design
The CX102’s simple yet attractive cabinet incorporates gently curved side arms and sturdy toe blocks for additional stability. The piano features a retractable key cover to protect the keyboard from dust, and a broad music rest that can be folded flat when not required. At just over 40 centimeters in depth, the CX102 is also a relatively compact instrument, making it well-suited to apartments and other narrow spaces.
Compact and Sturdy Design
The Kawai CX102 Digital Piano is designed with a compact yet sturdy build, measuring 136.5 cm (53 ¾″) in width, 40.5 cm (16″) in depth, and a height of 85.5 cm (33 ⅔″) without the music rest, or 100.5 cm (39 ½″) with the music rest raised.
